Warm up and break the boredom


Nutritious and healthy with a daily dose of sin (chocolate that is)

  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh fruit and cheese.
  • Dried fruit; apples, apricots, prunes. bananas, pineapple, etc.
  • Cheese, spreads (pate, or meat/chicken/fish) and crackers
  • Chocolate bar.
  • Hot chocolate or cider.
  • Occasional can of pop/soda.
  • Candy, like licorice.
  • Bread or bannock and jam.
  • Water, keep hydrated.
