  • Cold Cereals.
  • Instant oatmeal for quick get aways. Hide the glue taste by adding fresh or dried fruit. Raisins work.
  • Oatmeal porridge.
  • The Captain’s breakfast porridge: 3 tbl oatmeal, 2 tbl Cream of Wheat, 2 tbl multi-grain cereal. Cook it till it stiff and add brwon sugar.
  • Boiled eggs.
  • Eggs and bacon, sausage or ham. Ham keeps best.
  • Wholewheat toast.
  • Canned or powdered juice.
  • Coffee
  • Hot chocolate
  • Pancakes and maple syrup
